I recently had an exceptional experience with Sixt in Naperville. The staff exhibited a remarkable level of friendliness and dedication to assisting customers in the best possible manner. I found their rates to be highly competitive, and as a repeat customer, I've consistently been impressed by their service. Regardless of the issue, they consistently resolve it with efficiency and professionalism. Special commendation goes to managers Alejandro and David, as well as front desk agents Shelly and Jasmine, and check-in agents Mohammed and Liyum, all of whom have consistently exceeded my expectations.

The rental experience was effortless and straightforward. When I arrived at O'hare International Airport's car rental hub, the Sixt counter was easy to locate and well-signed. The counter staff were polite and professional. Aside from asking if I was interested in an upgrade ( I wasn't ). they weren't pushy or insistent on trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Mohammad was quick to get me to my vehicle and on my journey. This was one of the 2 best pick-up experiences out of many, the return process was even simpler.
