When it comes to top amazing customer service for car rental, I must say my expectations have been exceed. I made a reservation at 10 am but unfortunately could not come to pick up my rental until a bit after 6 due to my work schedule. The Sixt branch closed at 6 pm but Kay was kind enough to still take me on. It was fast easy, and all of my options were nicely explained to me. Because the vechicle I rented in the mornign was being washed and cleaned at the present time, Kay upgraded me for free to a premium vehicle.
I even overheard a customer who was have issues comment how amazing the customer support at this branch location is. Truly I must say I agree!
