Look for the SIXT counter in the lobby, where our friendly staff will assist you with your rental car.

When it's time to return your rental car, follow the signage leading to the Hourly Deck. Drive past the deck's entrance and make the next left, following the Rental Car Returns sign. Park your vehicle in one of the designated SIXT spaces.

For after-hours drop-off, once you enter the SIXT return area, proceed to any lane under the "Car Return" sign. Remove your personal belongings from the car and ensure it is securely locked. Lastly, place the keys in our key drop box conveniently located next to the large SIXT booth on the right side.

My experience with Sixt was great from beginning to end. When I picked up the car, the agent was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. When I returned the car, Addie was the agent and she was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. She went above and beyond to help me out. They both should be commended on their great customer service. Car rental was great and paid exactly what I expected to pay. This was a pleasant surprise. Other car rentals find ways to tack on other fees. Great experience.
