First of all, to clear up the "no one works here" confusion, this location is within a hotel near Keleti, so it is a bit atypical. Regardless, we had no problem renting with Sixt in Budapest and would definitely do so again. When deciding on a car rental company, there were a lot on offer, but the vast majority seemed sketchy. I figured I'd rely on tried and true Sixt, and I was not disappointed. Pick up at Keleti was easy (and yes, with a little patience, there IS someone to help you shortly) and we were able to drop off at the airport. Leslie at the airport made our return quick and painless, and we felt the rate was fair. I will continue to rent from Sixt in the future!
