Easy to miss the office if following the signage for the parking garage. Still, great service. Delivered the car that was promised (BMW 3 series) which was great. Low mileage, clean and only a few months old. No lines. Picked up downtown and dropped off near the airport. Shuttle to airport from drop off point was arguably easier than in terminal drop off which would have been a bit of a walk.

The car I booked wasn't at the place so I got a free upgrade to a BMW X3, which was well prepared and equiped for winter in the Canadian Rockies.
The Vehicle brought me safely throu a 2000km roadtrip with all kind of road conditions. Not even had any issues with -20°C.
Service was uncomplicated and staff was very friendly.
Can't tell how my rental experience could have been improved. (But also don't know how service is, if there is an issue.)
