We had a perfect experience with this company! The lady from Pakenham (singer in Pub) so sorry we forgot your name! She was absolutely lovely and so helpful even though their system was down. All the other car hire shops were closed in town when we arrived at 2:30pm, but she was still happy to be open and manually hire us the car on paper. Amazing price for a 7 seater MUX so spacious, brand new, clean, good on fuel. Great chats with her… go and watch her sing at the Central, she’s as good as singer as she is person. Thanks guys, will be back ☺️

We had the best experience collecting 2 vehicles on Wednesday from Katrina at the Port Douglas office. Exceptional customer service, Katrina was very professional bubbly and helpful. Would highly recommend Sixt car hire.

Our booking at another place fell through and we showed up with no booking. The lady was so nice and organised us a car within minutes. Car was like new. She fitted the baby seat for us as well. Also near half the price of other places in port Douglas. Don’t go anywhere else!
