Outstanding Customer Service provided on Saturday 25th February 2023! Very friendly and the two ladies were just lovely to interact with. Fresh off the plane from Adelaide with no baggage and no booking, I walked into the Sixt office located a short distance from the arrivals at Melbourne Airport. New to the car rental market, Sixt were a 'breath of fresh air'. I have hired from all major companies and they were simply friendlier and better priced. I hired a Toyota Corolla which had 17,000 kms on the clock. It was very clean and still smelt new! When I returned the vehicle I was met by another friendly staff member. Big smile and no problem I didn't refuel (I know I get charged). In the past I've been the recipient of 'rolling eyes', smug comments and "It's not that hard to refill". So THANK YOU for not making me feel awful about not refuelling! It's simple - charge me 😉 How convenient! Sixt welcome to the market! I highly recommend you use this business to hire your next vehicle!

We had a great first experience with sixt in Melbourne. Booked 8 hours before picking up car and was very pleased to be upgraded to an m series bmw. Handled the great ocean road well. Staff was great for pick up and drop off was easy as well. President Club at Hertz but they didnt have any cars and would say this experience was just as easy.
