The easiest car rental process I have ever experienced. The choice is good. The prices are reasonable. Picked the car up from GC Airport and returned to Surfers Paradise. Would have liked to return to Brisbane location as that's where I was staying, but the depots weren't open on the day I needed. Only slightly inconvenienced by this.

Hi there I am not one to give a review but I think this place has definitely deserved it. I have rented a car at a fairly price and I even got an upgrade to a better vehicle with no charge. The car was super clean on pick up the staff member (jan) was really welcoming and friendly and helpful with explaining the information.I don’t have a bad thing to say about the place I do recommend sixt car hire there grate..thanks you (jan) and her team I will definitely be back if I’m need off a car again thanks for your kind service

We decided to hire a car for a day to get some exploring done in the Gold Coast thats either not accessible by public transport or just time consuming whilst we were visiting. The whole process was super easy and smooth, the lady who dealt with us was super friendly and helpful with directions and information (we hope you enjoy your time in London soon). Car was modern and comfortable - we had a free upgrade which we greatly appreciated. Easy return even when the shop was closed. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Adrian and Jen at Sixt went above and beyond with their customer service when the windscreen on my hire car cracked. They found a replacement car, organised the repair and liaised with Sixt at the Airport for a Sunday pick up of my original car. Everything was seamless. Perfect service. Highly recommend this crew. Excellent customer service and very communicative, the hire process through the website is very fast and straightforward. They called in the morning on the day of pickup to confirm everything was fine for that afternoon. When collecting the car the staff member was very helpful in explaining everything and helped me get the best hire period for our specific needs. The return process for the car was super easy as well. They also followed up on information I had missed from the website with both a phone call and an email. Depending on the time of year you are travelling and due to their location I would advise you to book in advance by a couple of weeks as they are in a popular holiday spot.
