I'm a bit biased because I have relatives who work there but this and the Narellan locations are the cleanest and organised offices I've visited in NSW. Inside & Out.
The staff are friendly, often no muck around attitude, and if you can get past that, realise that it's appreciated as they try to inform you of what's in the fine print as many of us don't enjoy reading contracts.
They're always busy and on occasion the staff go out of their way for the latecomers.
