Pick up went well, extension request tuck them three days (call center in Asia?) , so we needed to go to another company. Deposit not on pre hold, so the CC company take exchange fees. Here I would rate 3,4. I would still give them a second try, car was nice and employees friendly 👍🏻

Super friendly and helpful staff. On the day I picked the car up the team were transitioning to a new system, this could have caused delays, but they had extra staff on to help out, and were very professional, and ultimately it didn't cause any issues or delays in getting the car. The whole process was smooth, even getting the car seat swapped over when we realised the strap configuration wouldn't work for our little one. The car was clean and full of petrol, and the whole pickup / drop off process was smooth and stress free. Very friendly and helpful staff both front office and the team in the garage. Would highly recommend.
